  • We cannot guarantee 100% successful results or client satisfaction as everyone's skin takes differently to permanent makeup. Results will vary depending on their skin, blood type, lifestyle, bone structure, face shape, medications, and aftercare.

  • There are no refunds after we have carried out the service.

Your health is our #1 concern. If you have one or more of the following conditions that makes permanent makeup dangerous, we will have to refuse service.

Permanent Make Up (PMU) is NOT recommended  for any one who is/has: pregnant or lactating, sick (cold, flu, etc.), diabetic, allergic to pigmentation and/or make up, transmittable blood conditions (Hepatitis, HIV, etc.), mitral valve disorder and/or high blood pressure, glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medicines, active skin cancer, skin diseases (such as eczema or psoriasis) on the area to be treated, postinflammatory hyper pigmentation, diagnosed rashes or blisters on the area to be treated, hemophilia, healing disorder, taking skin medication (such as Antasure, ro-Accutaine, and steroids that thin and make the skin sensitive), under or scheduled radiotherapy or chemotherapy (last treatment must have been more than 42 days prior to the date of the treatment), epileptic (who has experienced faint spell or seizure). Please notify us if you have/had allergic reactions to topical anesthetics.
